1. Introduction

Welcome to Welbilt Logistics Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Welbilt Logistics Ltd is registered in England and Wales.

2. Our Services

We provide same-day and next-day courier and logistics services within the UK, including:

  • Collection and delivery of parcels, documents, and freight.
  • Scheduled and on-demand same-day deliveries.
  • Dedicated vehicle transport.
  • Multi-drop routes.
  • Out-of-hours and time-critical collections.
  • Special handling of fragile or high-value goods.

3. Bookings and Quotes

Quotes are generated based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to collection or delivery details, access requirements, or load specifications may affect the final quoted price. All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Quotes remain valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. We accept major debit and credit cards as well as bank transfers. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur an administrative fee.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made before driver dispatch are eligible for a full refund. If a driver has already been dispatched or is en route, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Small Van: From £30.00 minimum base charge.
  • Luton Van (or larger): From £50.00 minimum base charge.

No refund is available once a delivery or transport job has been completed.

6. Delivery, Waiting & Handballing

We take every care to deliver goods safely and promptly, subject to road, traffic, weather, and operational conditions.

Waiting Time: 30 minutes of free waiting time is included at both collection and delivery locations. Additional waiting time is charged at £15.00–£25.00 per hour (or part thereof), depending on vehicle size.
Handballing: Light loading and unloading assistance is included at the driver's discretion. Extensive manual handling, multi-floor carrying, or unusually heavy loads may incur an additional labour charge starting from £10.00.

7. Insurance Cover

Welbilt Logistics Ltd maintains the following insurance cover:

  • Hire & Reward Insurance.
  • Goods in Transit Insurance.
  • Public Liability Insurance.

Insurance details and proof of cover are available upon request.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure goods are correctly packaged and labelled. Accurate collection and delivery addresses, contact details, and access instructions must be provided.

Customers must notify us if goods are fragile, valuable, hazardous, or require special handling. We reserve the right to refuse items that are illegal, prohibited, unsafe, or restricted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, economic, or business losses, nor for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the lower of:

  • The value of the delivery fee; or
  • The amount covered under our Goods in Transit Insurance.

10. Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting personal data and using it solely for legitimate business and service purposes.

11. Amendments

Welbilt Logistics Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
