1. Introduction

Welcome to Welbilt Logistics Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website,
booking services, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide same-day and next-day courier services across the UK, including:

Dedicated vehicle delivery.

Multi-drop routes.

Out-of-hours and time-critical collections.

Special handling of fragile or high-value goods.

3. Bookings and Quotes

Quotes are generated based on the details you provide.

Any change to collection or delivery address, access, or load details may affect the final
price.

All quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to vehicle availability.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due before dispatch, unless prior written credit terms are agreed.

We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfers.

Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may incur administration fees.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Bookings cancelled before driver dispatch qualify for a full refund.

If a driver is already en route, a call-out charge may apply.

No refunds are available once a job has been completed.

6. Delivery, Waiting & Handballing

Deliveries are carried out promptly and safely, subject to road and weather conditions.

Waiting Time: 30 minutes of free waiting time is allowed at both collection and delivery
points.

Additional waiting is charged at our standard hourly rate.

Handballing: Light assistance with loading/unloading is included at the driver’s discretion.

Extensive handballing (e.g. multiple heavy items or manual transfers beyond reasonable
assistance) will incur additional labour charges.

7. Insurance Cover

We are fully insured with the following:

Hire & Reward Insurance – for carrying goods for hire or reward.

Goods in Transit Insurance – covers your items while being transported.

Public Liability Insurance – protects against third-party injury or property damage.

Proof of insurance is available on request.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure goods are properly packaged, labelled, and safe to transport.

Provide correct addresses, access instructions, and contact details.

Notify us if goods are fragile, valuable, or time-sensitive.

We reserve the right to refuse goods that are prohibited, illegal, or unsafe.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other external
factors.

Our liability for loss or damage shall not exceed the lower of:
a) The value of the delivery charge; or
b) The insured amount under our Goods in Transit policy.

10. Data Protection

We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Amendments

Welbilt Logistics Ltd may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be
posted on our website and take effect immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, with any disputes subject to the
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
